We are as small a business as it gets, but we value people over profits and our community. To say we are directly impacted is an understatement. We love our hometown.

Apologies for the late update. Have not had the bandwidth to post here with everything going on and responding to many messages and emails.

Our home and family business are standing, our main concern is the Santa Ana winds return this week and the terrible air quality. It’s seriously snowing ash. I have spent my whole life in this little corner of the world, so this truly hits home. 

Orders have a slight delay as some post offices open back up. I took outstanding orders from Wednesday with us to San Diego, where we’re escaping for a bit. 

I have respiratory issues that they can’t figure out 🤪 so I was not doing well in LA and was nervous about our one year old being there too. 

We are donating to displaced folks and trying to work with a few organizations to do this. It’s just difficult to get them clothes. Going directly to folks has been easier, they’ll pick up in Pasadena at our pet store, My Pet Garden. It’ll take us a day or two to get items there once we email back!  If you know anyone nearby, please let them know we’re doing this. We are also taking in displaced small and medium dogs  for boarding. We may have some more cat room too 

I’ll be setting up a Google form, but for right now it’s via email. I’ll also be adding a “donation pair” of PJs on our site so people can purchase this item, and we will donate to the first person on the list.  Our current fire donations will NOT be based on this. This is more of a long term option as people are consistently in a place where they need help (welcome to 2025!)

We do have two new prints coming at the end of this month, beginning of next. Everything is impacted by the fires though so timing isn’t exact!
