Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Here’s information on holiday shipping
Shipping Timeline

• All orders ship from Pasadena, CA.
• All orders are packaged and dropped off at the post office same business day.
• Once we drop off the package, we aren't in control over scans and arrival.
• We generally ship with USPS, some orders will ship with UPS depending on your area and shipping costs.
• Here are deadlines for Christmas Eve delivery. HI and AK deadlines are specified..

Standard Shipping - 12/18 @ 10AM PST

• Free on orders $150+, otherwise $6.00 flat rate.
• USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business days. This is the deadline set by USPS.

Priority Mail - 12/19 @ 12PM PST

• $12 flat rate.
• USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days. This is the deadline set by USPS.
• This deadline is also for Alaska and Hawaii.

Priority Mail Express - 12/21 @ 12PM PST

• $49 flat rate. If it ends up being less, we will refund you the difference but that is highly unlikely.
• USPS Prioriry Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air. Estimated 1-2 days, this deadline is on the recommendation of the carriers.
• For Hawaii or Alaska, the deadline is 12/20.

Local Pickup - 12/24 @ 8AM PST

• If you are near Los Angeles, you're welcome to pick up at My Pet Garden in Pasadena.
• Ready within 24 hours, but if you order on 12/24 you must pick up by 4pm PST

same day, otherwise you will have to pick up after Christmas.

• You will receive email confirmation when your order is ready. Please show this to the folks at the register, they will hand off your order.
• If you need local delivery, please email us helllo@birdsnestbaby.com and we will try to accommodate.
